Recipe Ingredients for WW Peanut butter cookies

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.15 tsp Salt, Table
6 tsp Celeb Margarine
3 serving kraft all natural peanut butter
55 grams SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for WW Peanut butter cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Set aside;

  2. Using electric mixer, mix margarine and PB until smooth. Add Sugars. Add egg white (and vanilla extract, if desired).

  3. Gradually add dry mixture to wet and beat on low.

  4. Transfer to large piece of plastic wrap and roll into an 8' log. Freeze at least 2 hours.

  5. Slice into disks and bake on greased sheet for 8-10 mins at 350 degrees.
