A tasty Mexican-inspired dish for 6 WW PointsPlus.

Recipe Ingredients for WW Pasta Jambalaya

1/2 cup onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp salt
15 ounces black beans
10 ounces tomatoes with green chiles
3 ounces turkey kielbasa
3 cups uncooked Organic Whole Wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese, reduced-fat

Recipe Directions for WW Pasta Jambalaya

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet in cooking spray and heat over medium heat until HOT.

  2. Add onion, pepper and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add spices and saute for 1 minute

  3. Add beans, tomatoes and kielbasa. Blend well and bring to a boil (it may look like there is not much liquid in there but as everything cooks, more will come out!). Reduce, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Add to cooked pasta. Top with cheese.
