Serve this broccoli dish with roasted meats or seafood. The lemon sauce can be used to brighten the flavor of steamed asparagus, green beans, or brussel sprouts

Recipe Ingredients for WW Lemony Broccoli

1 tbsp Brummel and Brown
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for WW Lemony Broccoli

  1. Place 1st 4 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir to blend.

  2. Place broccoli in a larger bowl; add 2 TBSP water and cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.

  3. Drizzle lemon mixture over broccoli, salt & pepper and toss to coat
