Recipe Ingredients for WW just plain muffins

2 cups white flour
4 tsp. splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
4 tsp. butter
1 cup mashed banana

Recipe Directions for WW just plain muffins

  1. Beat egg slightly, add milk & butter.

  2. Add dry ingred. Mix slightly. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 min. 350. Add 1 cup of fruit of choice.
