Recipe Ingredients for WW Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
3.5 oz Cheddar Cheese
0.67 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for WW Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.

  2. Melt butter in a small frying pan. Add half the minced garlic and saute on low heat about a minute. Take off heat and add parsley.

  3. In a large bowl, combine bisquick, cheese and remaining garlic. Stir in milk (do not overmix).

  4. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Brush or drizzle biscuits with melted garlic butter. Bake for 3-5 more minutes or until lightly browned
