84 grams carrots
67 grams Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 cups Fat Free Chicken Broth, College Inn Light and Fat Free
63 grams Beans, Snap, Green
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Oregano
57 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for WW Garden Vegetable Soup

  1. In large saucepan coated with PAM, saute carrots, onions, and garlic over low heat until softened (5 minutes).

  2. Add broth, beans, tomato paste, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer (covered) about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.

  3. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes.

  4. Yield: 4 (1 cup) servings.
