Recipe Ingredients for WW Flat Bread

1 cup water
1 tbs sugar
1 pkg dry yeast
2 tbs. olive oil
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for WW Flat Bread

  1. combine yeast, warm water and sugar. Let stand 5 min.

  2. combine flours and salt.

  3. Mix olive oil and flour mixture into yeast mixture.

  4. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl; turn to coat and let raise until double; about 45 min.

  5. Spread on jelly roll pan. Poke indents at 1 1/2 inch intervals. Mix Parmesan and Italian seasonings. Brush bread with beaten egg white and then sprinkle Parmesan mixture.

  6. Bake at 475 for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Use pizza cutter to make 24 pieces.
