Slow cooker recipe for chicken stroganoff

Recipe Ingredients for WW Chicken Stroganoff

14 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
16 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
1 1/2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
10 g Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion Mushroom, Mix, Dry
1 drained cup,+pieces+or+slices Mushrooms
3 tbs Cornstarch
1/2 cup Cold Water

Recipe Directions for WW Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Combine soup, sour cream, dry soup mix & mushrooms. Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker and top with soup mixture. Cook on low for 7 hours. Remove chicken breasts.

  2. To thicken, stir cornstarch into 1/2 cup cold water and add to sauce. Increase heat to high and cook until thick. Or, transfer to saucepan, heat to boiling and cook 1 minute. Place chicken breast over cooked rice or noodles, then top with sauce.
