Weight Watchers Broccoli and Beef with Rice

Recipe Ingredients for WW Broccoli & Beef Stir Fry

4 bunch Broccoli
24 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
1 cup Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
1 cup Soy Sauce
3 clove Garlic
2.5 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
6 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for WW Broccoli & Beef Stir Fry

heat oil and cook garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients (not rice) and stir fry until broccoli is cooked through. Can also steam broccoli on side and then add to stir fry less time.
