Recipe Ingredients for WW Breakfast Cookies

1 1/4 cup of oats
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 cups dry milk (like Carnation powder)
1 cup applesauce (no-sugar added)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c Splenda

Recipe Directions for WW Breakfast Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a LARGE cookie sheet with Pam or use two smaller cookie sheets. Mix all ingredients together and spoon 8 medium mounds on sheet. Bake for 15-20 min.

  2. (You can even freeze a whole batch of these and then thaw them out as needed. You can also nuke them in the microwave before serving.) 5 points each on WW.
