Recipe Ingredients for WW Bread Dough

35 grams Vital Wheat Gluten
7 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
15 grams Yeast
1/2 tbsp Salt, Table
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for WW Bread Dough

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Don't knead

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:

  6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 90min

  7. Bake on a baking stone to 450F (Preheated)
