Recipe Ingredients for ww bran banan & raisin muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 T canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 small bananas
1 egg
1/4 c raisins
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 c sugar
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for ww bran banan & raisin muffins

  1. mash bananas

  2. add egg, oil, applesauce and mix well

  3. add dry ingredients and milk

  4. mix as little as possible

  5. sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar

  6. bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes
