Recipe Ingredients for WW blueberry muffins

16 sprays cooking spray
1 1/4 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. splenda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 c. honey
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for WW blueberry muffins

Preheat oven to 400F. Coat large muffin tin with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, toss blueberries with splenda set aside. in a large bowl, whisk together flour, corn meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small, bowl, whisk together buttermilk, honey, butter and egg. Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and beat thoroughly to combine; fold in berries. Pour 1/4 c. into each muffin tin. Bake about 12-15 min.
