Recipe Ingredients for WW Banana Muffin

1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsps brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tbsps applesauce
1 egg white

Recipe Directions for WW Banana Muffin

  1. whip egg whites

  2. let applesauce come to room temperature

  3. Preheat oven at 350.

  4. Prepare muffin pans with cooking spray and flour.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie

  6. spice.

  7. In another mixing bowl, combine bananas, milk, applesauce, and egg white.

  8. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.

  9. Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin pans 2/3 full.

  10. Bake 20 minutes, or until light brown.
