3 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
4 large Egg, White
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
15 tsp Becel Light Margarine
2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.25 cup, sliced Almonds

Recipe Directions for WW applesauce muffin

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix eggs and sugar until smooth. Add butter and mix til creamy.

  3. Add applesauce and blend well.

  4. Fold in dry ingredients.

  5. Bake at 400F for 10-15 min
