You can substitute chicken with any other meat, eg pork, turkey, beef, ham, etc. You can also alternate the vegetables to your liking.

Recipe Ingredients for WRAPS - Chicken Sandwich Wraps

2 wraps, whole grain
1/2 chicken breast, skinless and boneless, grilled
2 tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
1/4 g lettuce, iceberg
1/2 c carrot, shredded
2 tsp mayonnaise,
1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for WRAPS - Chicken Sandwich Wraps

  1. Marinate chicken with Fat Free Italian Dressing

  2. Grill Chicken

  3. Cut chicken into strips

  4. spread mayonnaise on wrap

  5. layer lettuce, carrot & red bell pepper on wrap

  6. put half of chicken strips onto each wrap

  7. roll wrap and enjoy
