this is not 100 right -- the wrap I purchased has more calories than this. If I skip the salad dressing, then it pretty well evens out calorie wise.

Recipe Ingredients for Wrap

1 large Wrap
2 oz. turkey
2 lettuce leaves
3 slices tomato
1 tablespoon salad dressing
1 slice onion

Recipe Directions for Wrap

Place all ingredients on the wrap and roll up.
