Recipe Ingredients for Wrap Ingredients

1/4 cup zuchinni, sticks
1/4 cup summer squash, sticks
1/8 cup white onion, diced
1/8 cup mushroom, sliced
1 Cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Wrap Ingredients

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray and add 1/2 inch water to the bottom and bring to a boil

  2. Add vegetables and stir continuously until they are soft-crisp

  3. Use vegetable mix in tortillas, pita pockets, or on top of rice with any seasoning
