Recipe Ingredients for Wrap 'em Up

1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup ready to eat lettuce or raw spinach
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
1 ounce turkey breast

Recipe Directions for Wrap 'em Up

  1. Spread tortilla with dressing.

  2. Top with remaining ingredients and roll up.

  3. Wrap in wax paper or foil and keep cold until ready to serve.
