1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Oat Flour
0.13 cup Butter
4 oz Unsweetened Applesauce
4 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder
3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Workout Banana Bread

  1. Cream butter, applesauce, and sugar together, then thoroughly mix in protein powder and eggs

  2. Stir in mashed bananas and all other ingredients

  3. Bake in a greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
