1 whole tomato
1 small banana
1 1/2 servings
1 small apple
1 slice fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 wrap

Recipe Directions for Work Day Lunch

  1. Wrap 1 serving of shaved lunchmeat, 1/2 tomato a few lettuce leaves and 1 slice non-fat cheddar cheese.

  2. Make salad with lettuce 1/2 tomato and 1 serving of lunch meat. Eat 1 apple and 1 banana for dessert.
