Recipe Ingredients for Woooo, Stir-fry

0.44 kg beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 zucchini
1 carrot
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
14 oz can pineapple
1 oz lime juice
1 oz sherry
1 pinch sea salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sweet chili thai sauce
1 tbsp maggie

Recipe Directions for Woooo, Stir-fry

  1. Simmer some olive oil and a clove and a half of garlic in a wok (or frying pan).

  2. Marinate the beef with lime juice, a sprinkling of sea salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper.

  3. Put beef into wok and cook until medium-rare. Chop up your veggies and set aside.

  4. Remove beef, drain juices from wok. Throw veggies into the wok with the sweet chili thai, maggie (or soy sauce), garlic, olive oil and more pepper.

  5. When veggies are al dente, add in the beef and a splash of sherry. Cook until sizzling.
