Recipe Ingredients for wonton soup

1 tbsp Asian Chili Oil
200 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
200 grams Raw White Shrimp
0.33 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
5 grams Ground Ginger Spice
1 clove Garlic
4 cup Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1.5 cups Baby Spinach
1 tbsp Asian Chili Oil

Recipe Directions for wonton soup

  1. Mix pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, 1/2 onion, ginger, garlic, 1/2 sesame oil, chili oil, 1/2 soy sauce

  2. fill wonton wrappers

  3. Simmer stock, remaining onions, sesame oil and soy sauce and baby spinach
