Recipe Ingredients for Wonton fruit cups

24 wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup strawberry fruit spread
12 ounces lemon yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Recipe Directions for Wonton fruit cups

  1. Make yogurt cheese by placing folded cheesecloth or a large coffee filter in a colander. Put yogurt in colander and allow to drain in refrigerator overnight.

  2. Line each of of a 12 cup muffin tin with a wrapper. Brush wrappers with a little butter.Place a second wrapper diagonally on top of the first one, making sure that the points of the wrappers make sides to the cup. Brush second wrapper with butter.

  3. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F, or until golden brown.

  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of fruit spread into each wonton shell.

  5. Place yogurt cheese in medium bowl and fold in 1 cup berries. Spoon mixture evenly into wonton shells. Top with remaining berries.
