chinese chicken dish, chocked full of raw veggies. Serve cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Wonderful Taste Chicken

24 ounces chicken, boiled
8 ounces water chestnuts
15 ounces bamboo shoots
2 cups broccoli, raw
1 onion
2 red peppers
2 cucumbers
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Wonderful Taste Chicken

  1. Steam or boil chicken w/ bones and skins.

  2. Discard bones and skin, cutting up meat.

  3. Mix liquids and spices for marinade.

  4. Chop veggies and toss in marinade.

  5. Chill chicken.

  6. Chill veggie/marinade mixture.

  7. Toss all together and serve w/ chinese noodles cooked in vegetable broth.
