Nutty, sweet, tangy, and some protein packed in one delicious bar. And peanut and dairy free!

Recipe Ingredients for Wonderful Homemade Bars (Peanut & Dairy Free)

1/2 c almond butter
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 c dried cranberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
2/3 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 cup dry roasted almonds
4 scoops Stevia Powder

Recipe Directions for Wonderful Homemade Bars (Peanut & Dairy Free)

  1. Mix stevia (or Splenda) with the rolled oats.

  2. Spread mixture onto a cooking sheet and bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until slightly browned.

  3. Let the oats cool for 10 minutes.

  4. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

  5. If it is too dry, add a small amount of soy milk (or milk).

  6. Form mixture into 12 equal bars and put on cookie sheet.

  7. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until lightly brown.

  8. *Additional options: You can add honey to the bars for a sweeter taste and nice glaze for minimal calories.
