Won Ton Soup - 1 serving is 4 won tons plus broth

Recipe Ingredients for Won Ton Soup

186 g ground pork
23 g water chestnuts
15 g green onions
30 g eggbeaters
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil
292 g wonton wrappers
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups spinach

Recipe Directions for Won Ton Soup

  1. combine pork, water chestnuts, green onions

  2. combine eggbeaters, soy sauce, mirin, oil

  3. combine pork with egg mixture

  4. place in won ton wrappers, use water and corn starch to seal

  5. place won tons in boiling water until cooked

  6. transfer to chicken broth
