Asian-style chicken dish. One pot meal (2 if served w/ rice).

Recipe Ingredients for Woked Chicken

1 lb. chicken breast
24 oz (2 bags) Bird's Eye Steamfresh mixed veggies
6 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth, sodium-free
3 tbsp corn starch, dissolved in cold water
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Woked Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. In large skillet or large sauce pot, add canola oil and heat until oil is hot. Add chicken and fully cook.

  2. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, corn starch, and frozen veggies. Stir, and cover pot. Simmer 10 minutes until veggies are hot and sauce has thickened.

  3. Serve with brown rice.

  4. Note: For a slightly sweeter dish, can substitute half or all of soy sauce with terriyaki sauce.
