Stir fry Vegetables an excellent side dish for fish

Recipe Ingredients for Wok Stir Fry Vegetables

1 cup yellow squash
1 cup summer squash
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli
4 g Salt Substitute
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs turmeric
2 tbs. canola oil
1 tbs. lime juice

Recipe Directions for Wok Stir Fry Vegetables

In a non stick wok, heat 2 tbs. canola oil. Add all the vegetables, except the broccoli. Season vegetables with spices. Cook until almost to desire texture. Add broccoli at this point since the broccoli will soften very quickly. Continue cooking until desired texture is reach. Squirt lime juice at this point for fragrance
