Recipe Ingredients for WL #338

2 cups Brown Rice
1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
12 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 oz Black Beans
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp salt
4 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp pepper

Recipe Directions for WL #338

  1. Steam the rice in a rice cooker

  2. pan cook the ground turkey, add seasonings

  3. in a saucepan, add black beans and corn, stir at medium-low heat

  4. add rice and turkey

  5. stir

  6. season to taste.
