140 g lima beans
10 g vegetable stock cube
200 g brocolli
400 g carrots
200 g celery
1 litre water
30 g hemp classic
20 g garlic

  1. Put everything in a pan

  2. simmer until carrots are soft

  3. Put through a food processor

  4. serve hot with whole meal bread
