Recipe Ingredients for winter squash soup

16 3/4 ounces winter squash
2 cup half and half
1 small onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tablespoon butter
3 servings ready cook bacon

Recipe Directions for winter squash soup

  1. Chop raw squash and onion and fry in the butter until done

  2. cook bacon until crisp and chop

  3. add seasoning to taste

  4. use a blender (imerson blender it what I used) blend mixture well

  5. add the half & half and blend

  6. heat until hot serve
