Dairy free squash based casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Winter Squash Casserole

3 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, All Varieties
1 cup Soymilk Plain
1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 oz Premium Soy-Sation Shredded 3 Cheese Blend
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Garlic
1 serving Baking Powder
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 oz Ham Steak

Recipe Directions for Winter Squash Casserole

Mash cooked squash with margerine and milk add egg. Sift flour, baking powder and spices and add to squash mixture- mix well. Add 3/4 cheese along with chopped chicken and ham. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole sprinkle remaider of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
