20 grams Chopped Walnuts
0.68 tbsp Butter

Slice apples, mix w/ cinm, splenda place inside prepared squash 1/2-or cut squash in squares and mix w/ aplles mix add 1/4 cup water bake in dish- or bake on pan 175C 45-60min. stir several times during cooking
