Recipe Ingredients for Winter Soup

3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
2 1/2 cups Tomatoes, with Green Chiles
2 1/2 cups Broccoli, chopped
2 1/2 cups Cauliflower, chopped
1 cup Carrots, sliced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Cheez Whiz

Recipe Directions for Winter Soup

  1. Place the veggies, tomatoes, and broth in a large pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. Add the cheese and let it melt as you stir it.

  4. Mash up veggies or leave them whole.
