Chicken kabobs, made on electric skillet. Any veggies can be added. Pineapple chunks are really good. The longer you marinate everything the better it is.

Recipe Ingredients for Winter Chicken Kabobs

224 grams chicken breasts
1 onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 cups fat-free italian dressing
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Winter Chicken Kabobs

  1. Chop chicken & veggies into 2 inch pieces.

  2. Put into large ziplock with dressings.

  3. Marinated for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Pour onto electric skillet heated to 400-450 degrees.

  5. Cook until meat is throughly cooked.

  6. Use higher heat for charred veggies, at the end.

  7. Usually takes about 30 minutes.
