1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 serving A2 Light Milk
100 grams Nonfat
1 serving Australian grown chia seeds
1 serving Seeds and sultanas mix
1 tbsp Psyllium Husks
0.5 tbsp Organic Honey
