Sauted mushrooms and bacon with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice poured hot over fresh spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for Wilted Spinach Salad

2 cup fresh spinach
1 large boiled egg
1 tbs chopped onion
3/10 bacon
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs white balsamic vinegar
2 tbs lemon juice
3 medium mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Wilted Spinach Salad

  1. Saute' mushrooms and bacon til crisp.

  2. Add onions until crisp tender

  3. Add Balsamic vinagar and lemon juice and bring to boil

  4. Remove from heat

  5. Immediatly add spinach, stir until well mixed, it will be slightly wilted.

  6. Add 1 sliced boiled egg to top of sald

  7. Serve
