Recipe Ingredients for Wilted Spinach

1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Wilted Spinach

Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Toss spinach in oil until just wilted. Add lemon juice and sunflower seeds, toss lightly and serve.
