12 c chopped kale
1 T olive oil
10 cloves garlic
10 oz shallots

Recipe Directions for Wilted Kale Salad Base

  1. Thinly slice shallots, chop garlic; let sit with olive oil in pan

  2. medium heat - warm/sweat

  3. add 1/2 C 'garnish'

  4. wait til warmed through

  5. add kale and heat until wilted
