Recipe Ingredients for Wild spinach and mushrooms, tse shuan style

160 gram red onion, cut in sickle shaped pieces
200 gram mushrooms
500 gram spinach, wild, coarsely cut
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 chili peppers, finely chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 pinch of salt (to taste)

Recipe Directions for Wild spinach and mushrooms, tse shuan style

heat the oil an stir fry the garlic with the chili peppers lightly. Then add the onion, stir fry a minute or two before adding the spinach and the mushrooms. Stir fry short until spinach has shrunken and then add the soy sauce and the hoisin sauce.
