Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice Soup

1 cup Wild Rice
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
392 grams Turkey Smoked Sausage

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice Soup

Wash 1 cup wild rice, shread 1 carrot, cut up 1 green pepper and 1 large onion. Put in crock pot with plenty of water. Cook on low 4 hours. Add sliced Kelbasa and put on warm until ready to serve.
