2 cup cooked wild rice, chilled
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 celery stalks
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 red apples
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup yogurt

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice Salad

Toss apples with brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir in celery and rice. Blend together yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with salad ingredients and chill.
