Recipe Ingredients for Wild rice salad w mango and peanuts

2 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
4 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 cup Wild Rice
3 cup, sliced Mangos
1.764 oz Cilantro
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Wild rice salad w mango and peanuts

  1. Slice oranges

  2. mix lime juice, oil, and fish sauce as dressing; set aside

  3. cook rice as indicated on package; cool

  4. toss rice and half of dressing

  5. chop rest of ingredients and toss. add to rice and toss again to combine. add salt and more dressing to taste.
