lundburg's wild rice medley

Recipe Ingredients for Wild rice

1/2 cup wild rice
2 tbls olive oil
1/4 white onion
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Wild rice

  1. sautee onion, garlic, cerery, mushrooms in olive oil.

  2. add rinsed rice, water, bouillon

  3. lower temp and let simmer for 50 minutes

  4. remove from heat for 10 minutes

  5. fluff

  6. add pre-cooked broccoli
