A hardy rice good enough to eat alone but much nice with a portion of grilled fish.

Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice

100 grams wild rice
100 grams kidney beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon onion, diced
1 tablespoon celery, diced
1 tablespoon carrots, diced
1 tablespoon mushrooms, diced

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice

In a skillet add olive oil and all diced veggies, fry til tender. Add rice, beans and 2 1/2 cups of water, boil then let simmer for aproximately 25 mintues or until all water is absorbed.
