Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice Potato Soup

3 slices (15 g) turkey bacon
2 tbsp onion, minced
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
3 cups skim milk
1 cup shredded American cheese
1/2 cup wild rice
2 cups carrots, boiled
3 potatoes, boiled

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice Potato Soup

Cook wild rice until done. Saute bacon or ham and onions; set aside. Place soup in pan. Add milk. Add bacon or ham, onions, shredded cheese, carrots and potatoes. Cook until cheese is melted, about 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
