Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice and Pork Casserole

0.34 kg pork tenderloin
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1 small onion
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup light cream
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sliced almonds
3 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice and Pork Casserole

  1. Brown tenderloin in oil

  2. Add onions, cover and saute for about 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients

  4. Place in casserole dish with lid and bake in 350 degree oven until liquids are absorbed (about 1 hour)
