2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
3 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
