A quick lemony wild rice and celery salad with walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Wild Rice and Celery sald

1 cup Uncooked Wild Rice
2 cups Vegetable Broth
25 g Peas
1/4 cup Walnuts
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 stalk Celery

Recipe Directions for Wild Rice and Celery sald

  1. Toast the walnuts.

  2. Cook the wild rice in the chicken broth. ( as per package)

  3. Cut the celery into little pieces.

  4. Mix oils and vinegars with sugar for dressing.

  5. Toss everything together and serve.
